To show we have full confidence in the quality materials and build of our products, our 12 Month Structural Warranty covers the formative features of our furniture across multiple ranges. From sofa frames, bed frames, timber, joints and springs, these key elements are all brought under this protection, to provide you with the best customer and user experience possible, even in the years that follow your purchase.

Our 12-Month Component Guarantee covers the following:

Adjustable seating
Recliner mechanisms
Coverings
Electric motors

We will always try our upmost best to remedy any problem, so please allow us a little time to make sure everything is perfect for you.

NB: If in the event of you changing your mind with the any of our sofas or chairs within the 14 day period, Sofas-Direct will levy a €100 handling charge against a return or an exchange piece/part/item/s. As these items may not be resold as new items, Sofas-Direct reserve the right to refuse any return of an item deemed to be damaged by the purchaser, even within the allowed timeframe.
